Hello, I am Camille Rudge and I am looking forward to journeying together through the LifeDesign course.  Not long ago, I had the pleasure of spending a year in the Inspired Leadership Initiative which was my first experience exploring integral human development.  Life design can be hard but rewarding work and my hope is that we bring a collective openness to the process, embrace our personal vulnerabilities and lean on each other as a generative community.  

Currently, I work for the University, helping to envision and advance our distinct opportunities in lifetime education.  Prior to joining ILI and Notre Dame, I spent time creating client focused derivatives businesses.  For fifteen years, I have served on the Boards of the Chicago Children’s Museum, where learning and play connect to enhance early childhood development for all of Chicago’s children and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where live art transcends space to awaken the senses and where principles of dance develop confidence in Chicago Public School children.  In addition to the arts and children, my life passions include finding humor, curiosity and kindness in everyday life with friends and family, and most importantly, along with my husband, Kevin, raising three amazing young women.
