Emma Ryan is a Junior from southern Illinois near St. Louis. She is majoring in Political Science and Global Affairs. After graduation, She is hoping to pursue a masters in Public Policy and work in international development. She just returned to campus from studying abroad in New Delhi, India in the summer and Santiago, Chile in the Spring. On campus, she is an active member of the Indiana Driving Record Card project to advance immigration reform within the state. In her free time, Emma enjoys playing pickup soccer with friends, attempting to cook Indian food and listening to all types of music. Emma took a one-credit version of this class as a freshman and has also been a TA for Professor Reifenberg for the class International Development in Practice. She is looking forward to working with students in her LifeDesign team and helping with the group projects!
